The workflow is organised into two key areas: a Design range board and a Shipment timeline. The design board breaks down each project by month, detailing every step from concept to production, including range planning, product fittings, and barcode creation. Each task is assigned to specific team members, ensuring clear accountability and seamless collaboration. Once designs are finalised, Shipments are tracked in the timeline, where they are monitored orders using PO numbers, supplier details, and delivery dates, with real-time status updates to ensure smooth execution and allowing the whole business transparency to this. This structured approach allows all team members stay organised, improve efficiency, and maintain full visibility across the entire process from design to final delivery and product launch.
